Excellent Stay in Historic District

central location friendly staff

I enjoyed the central location within the historic district, as everything was easily accessible. The staff were always available at the 24/7 reception, and they were both helpful and friendly. I took advantage of the free walking tours offered. This was an amazing perk.

I encountered some noise from nearby rooftop bars. The music persisted late into the night, even with the white noise machine provided, so I had difficulties falling asleep.

The room was large and it was clean. The air conditioning worked well, maintaining a comfortable temperature. I also found the bed to be very comfortable.

The staff demonstrated very nice warmth and offered invaluable assistance in navigating local attractions and amenities. The free coffee available in the kitchen area and the communal living room were great assets to use. I felt welcomed and cared for .

Excellent stay in a historic building

comfortable rooms easy check-in amazing location

The staff provided an easy check-in process. I found the rooms to be comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well. The shared common area offered ample seating and the kitchen was super clean and cozy.. It was easy to walk everywhere from the location in Casco.

There was loud music playing from neighboring properties during early hours. This disturbance made sleeping difficult.

The shared kitchen included a fridge with complimentary water available all day. Coffee was available until noon. They provided a storage room for luggage if needed, even for a few days.

central location free shower awesome tour

the location felt very central. the staff offered towels after checkout, i used their showers before my flight. the hotel offered a tip-based walking tour in the mornings, i attended it and it was awesome.

the room i stayed in was a little noisy.

individual bins original features helpful storage friendly staff

the communal kitchen provided individual bins for each dorm bed i found that to be wonderfully considerate. the building displayed beautiful original features that really caught my eye. i enjoyed the luggage storage service it was really helpful. the reception staff member joseph was very helpful i must mention

i noticed the roads around the location were closed to traffic it made it slightly tricky for ubers to pick me up but i managed

awesome location and friendly peeps!

prime location clean room helpful staff

this hotel was very well located. i had no issues with the noise levels and could easily walk to different places. my room, a standard double room ground floor, was clean plus had enough space. even the bathroom were very clean. staff gave very helpful directions to local spots.

one tiny problem, there was no elevator and carrying my luggage up the stairs wasn't fun.

street noise bathroom cleanliness

the location was convenient, with access to nearby attractions.

the noise level was a major issue. street noise was constant. it made it hard to sleep. also, the cleanliness left much to be desired. the bathroom needed better attention.

great location friendly staff clean room musty smell sheer curtains light control

The location was GREAT. The staff was friendly. I appreciated the clean rooms, bathrooms, and common areas .

My room had a strong musty smell and some disinfectant odor. The curtains let in a lot of light from the building across the street, impacting privacy. The room's lights only had one switch at the entrance. Individual bedside lamps did not work.
